Summary

The issue begins in the law offices of Matt Murdock (who is believed dead, but his alter ego Dare-Devil is very much alive). Silver is courting the services of Murdock's partner to help clear her beau Jacques who is being accused of treason. Meanwhile, Paladin has tracked down Johnathan Lee, a man who had been embezzling money from Silver Sable International. A phone rings in the office and Silver is called back to the Symkarian Embassy. But while that conversation takes place, Deadpool dispatches Silver's limo driver and waits for Silver. Silver arrives and a small scuffle ensues before Silver kicks him out of the limo and speeds away. Undaunted, Deadpool carjacks a cab and pursues. Just as he pulls up to Silver's limo, Daredevil comes in to make the save. Deadpool flees through a manhole and Daredevil and Silver follow. A brief interlude reveals that it is the Genesis Coalition who sent Deadpool after Silver. Back to the action, a fight erupts in the sewers of New York. Silver and Daredevil corner Deadpool. Deadpool refuses to reveal who sent him, and in an anti-climatic scene Silver agrees to pay him handsomely for the information and he agrees. The last page tells how Paladin learned that The Foriegner was behind the embezzling scheme, as he tried to gain control of Silver Sable International.
