Issue #31, December 1994 Silver's back in Symkaria. After being somewhat booted out of the U.S., Silver is contemplating retirement. During her workout, Dr. Flecther arrives and informs Silver that she is..... pregnant. Much to her obvious dismay, Silver must now decide how the handle the situation. She decides to keep this under wraps for now. Before Silver can actual think about retiring, she must perform one last assignment. One for the Foreigner, as a sort of payback for assisting in her release from prison. Meanwhile in New York, Quentino and Sandman decides to hack into Silver's personal files since she has not contacted them at the Embassy in quite some time. Thus, they learn of Silver's pregnancy. Next stop, Japan. Foreigner has invested in a high-speed luxury train, and wants Silver to head up security on the train against alledged terrorist threats. Everything on the train's maiden voyage is running smoothly, until on-board sensors detect "foreign devices" on the undercarriage. Reviewing the security cameras, Silver spots Hammerhead. He's trying to take down the train to earn back respect, back home. Silver's inner conflict on whether to kill him leads to a fight, and Silver's capture. Silver decides to surrender, now concerned about the unborn child she carries. Continued in the Issue #32. |
