Summary

The Wild Pack are in New Orleans, without Silver, trying to take down arms smugglers. Battle Star has been leading the field operations for the Pack in Silver's absence. The Pack succeed in taking down the smugglers without too much of a fight. The mission is the 17th in a row without Silver, all successes. Meanwhile in New York, the Intruders are preparing to leave for Antarctica to find an alien relic. In Symkaria, Silver is talking to King Stefan. In a more casual affair, Silver confesses that the whole retirement thing doesn't feel right. Later, as she left the castle, Silver is met by an older lady who says she was her mother's best friend. The woman tells Silver all about Silver's mother, of how she was brave and adventurous, and selfless, and that Silver was a lot like her mother. Meanwhile, in some random secret facility in Arizona, a gas enters the building and everything goes missing. The CIA visit Silver in Symkaria to inquire about her leading the mission to retrieve these items. Silver says she's retired, and that Pack can handle it. Silver repeats her statements even after the man from the CIA promised to fully clear her status in the U.S. Silver's father is furious. He says she should have accepted. Ernst gives the orders to the Pack to get ready, and Battle Star wonders if this will be the chance to prove himself a leader. In the last page, Silver is at the grave of her mother looking for answers to her situation. Concluded in the series finale, Issue #35.
